The Hammertank has little known information. What is known is that it was used as a defensive type tank to protect certain areas, and or bases from cybrids and un-wanted visitors. The Hammertank gets it's name from the massive 'Thumper' or Hammer located in it's center chasis. It's hammer rises and pounds the group with incredible force, creating a shockwave and damaging any surrounding pilots, including teammates.
