The Knight's Basilisk chassis differs from the standard Basilisk in that it can be equipped with a large sized shield generator. This added protection more than makes up for the fact that this version can only house a small sized sensor. Since Knight's are elite troopers, they are expected to detect the enemy through skill and experience. Placing a medium sized sensor on this chassis is considered unnecessary.
