The LPC is a mix between the Scout and the HPC. It isn't as fast / maneuverable as the Scout, yet can't quite hold as much armor / personnel as the HPC can, hence the name. It's great for getting a bunch of your buds to a destination quick and then raiding their base. The LPC can hold 3 Tribesmen / women including the pilot.
