Spotlight:

Ducain from HIH
Name: Jeremy Hunt

Email: Ducain@gmail.com

Moniker: Ducain

Sex: Male

Country of Residence: USA, West Virginia (which is nearly a country of it's own...)

Education: Me=smart.

How would we know you: Well, until recently, most would know me from the Halo 'tricks' that I've submitted to the HBO forum. A year or so ago, I started aggravating those fellas with stunts and other assorted Halo trick... stuff. It became rather addicting (to the dismay of my family), and I ended up making quite a few videos. Louis Wu was kind enough to mention a good number of them on HBO, and so there we are. Folks new to the community may know me from highimpacthalo.org.

Favourite Games: I'm a Halo fanatic. It was the first console game I ever played, and it hooked me straightaway. I've played a fair amount of UT, and I also like the Age of Empires series. Oh! I almost forgot Happyland! I mean, you just gotta love Happyland.

Gaming Roles: If this is referring to lan events or online play, I have to admit that I've not done a great deal of either. I've enjoyed messing around on XBL since Halo 2 arrived, as well as a lan party here or there, but that's about it. I'm more of a 'slurp coffee and blast a warthog 153 times to get this launch just right' kinda guy. ;)

Gaming Rig(s): One extremely well-worn HaloBox, and a computer that runs like a three-legged dog.

Gaming Groups / Squads / Clans: Well... er... none.

Favourite Sites: Speaking specifically of Halo, there are a few that I look at everday. HBO, Bungie.net, Rampancy.net, and HaloPalnet are at the top of that list. There are a bunch more that I check out quite often though.

Favourite Book: Wow, that's a tough one. However, if I can only choose one, I'll say 'Dune' by Frank Herbert.

Hobbies / Activities / Interests: My family, anything 'outdoors', Halo, taking computers apart (I wonder what this does?), tinkering with web 'stuff' (mostly arm-wrestling php lately), reading, caffeine laden drinks... need I go on?

Accomplishments / Achievements: If we're talking about contributions to the Halo community, my one little twig on the fire is highimpacthalo.org. I started this little site as a place to display my trick vids, and then later added a forum which is solely dedicated to Halo stunts and tricks, that I thought no one would ever join. Since then the site has evolved somewhat, and has grown a bit, but is still devoted to absolutely nothing but Halo stunts, glitches and tricks. This narrow focus somehow makes it all work, and we like it that way. The site is a fun hobby for me, and the folks that stop by daily keep it fun. Thanks!

Blurb: The community that has developed around Halo has amazed me at every turn. Though the games are great, the people that I've had the chance to get to know as a result of the games have been the real treat. *insert other mushy, feely junk here*

Sage advice: If you've never chucked a pile of nades under a warthog and went flying, you're really missing something. Off you go now...
