Just received this sad bit of news in my mailbox this afternoon:

Fropco.com and all of it's sites are shutting down. It's been a fun run, but all of the staff here are just too busy to continue running the site, without it falling even more into inactivity. We'll still be around the community, and we wish you guys the best of luck with your sites, and maybe we'll meet up again sometime.
On their site, frop posted up that sites hosted by Fropco will not be taken down but will be unavailable until fropco.com is moved to a smaller server. He also posted up the source code for ESO Fropco, which is available here. Best of luck to you guys.
