Just spotted this post over on the Starsiege:2845 forums, Trajan mentioned that hand held weapons are not interchangable at all. This means that only humans will be able to use human weapons and vice versa for Cybrids. The reasoning for this is consistency in look - meaning that when you see a Cybrid, it'll look like a Cybrid and not a, "...hodge podge of tech." But rest assured there will be plenty of similar weapons for both sides.

In the same thread, Trajan also mentioned that about 80% of the "common" vehicle weapons and components will be the same for both sides, while 20% of the vehicle weapons will be unique to either side. Naturally, the common vehicle weapons will have similar attributes (damage ratio, firing rate), but the visual appearance will be completely different. This is evident by comparing the human ATC and the newly released Cybrid ATC that was released in the latest public update.
