Gamespy 'Views T:V

Gamespy has tossed up an updated preview of Tribes:Vengeance based on their musings with the latest build of the single player campaign. While they seemed impressed with the progress that Irrational has made with T:V, they do finish the article off with a "something to be desired" note:

On the downside, this segment demonstrates that the A.I. is currently iffy. It also highlights how much work remains to be done on the audio, with many weapons sounding way underpowered, particularly compared to Tribes 2, which featured some of the best sound design ever to grace a shooter. Also, most of the voiceovers in Tribes: Vengeance currently sound cartoony or bored.
