Not to make the artists in the community feel left out, Sierra has released the Tribes: Vengeance Art Guide. This guide includes the skins and models for all the weapons, characters, and vehicles along with a Word document that has instructions on everything from making a new character model, to taking advantage of the glow effect, to adding new vehicles to maps. So if you are planning on making new skins or a mod, or you just want to see the inner workings of the engine, then this is definitely worth the 33MB download.
