Xenon Specifications Revealed?

Interesting news from Gamespy today: the site claims to have new information regarding the specifications of Xenon, the codename for Microsoft's next-generation successor console to the Xbox. They've based their projections on development kits seen at GDC (Game Developer's Conference) - and it looks like Xenon will be sporting three PowerPC 3.0GHz cores, an ATI graphics chip based on Shader Model 3.0 and a generation beyond the X800, a standard 12X DVD drive and 64 to 1024MB memory cards.
