More RSS Goodies

More information has surfaced regarding RSS feeds and Starsiege:2845 (yay!). This time around, Feret posed the question of whether or not players could individually add an RSS feed [ingame] that pulls headlines / blurbs from a particular website (similar to how you can in Firefox, for instance). This would not be global to all players (a la the once ingame Tribes 2 forums that had to be pulled) but rather, visible only to that player and his GUI. Trajan gave his typical "we'll consider it" response, though the probability of seeing something like this (either native or modded) in SS:2845 remains high, IMHO. We might not see it in the ATR, but I can definitely see this appearing in a final release.
