Why AMD is better than Intel

Over at the 2845 boards, one of the members spotted a few interesting articles over at ExtremeTech.com detailing a series of tests on the performance between the AMD and Intel graphics cards. The lowdown is that the Intel, despite in some cases better specs, was consitently out performed by AMD.
