Halo 3: Announced and Official

Hot off the heels of my sweaty E3 news blogging festivities is this blurb from HBO noting the 103MB trailer for Halo 3 available on the Xbox Live Marketplace (and apparently only available there). So what are you waiting for? Go home and download it now! You knew it would be there.

Update: HBO also has news that the Live Marketplace also has a Halo 3 theme and gamer pics available. w00t.

Update 2: Evergreen here - just wanted to mention that more Halo 3 goodness for the 360-less (or those of you having severe slowdowns trying to get the Xbox Live Marketplace version) - there are four downloadable versions of the Halo 3 E3 2006 trailer at bungie.net, along with several other links to screenshots, wallpaper, FAQs and more. These links don't appear to be live yet, but hopefully we'll see the content soon. The additional content links are now active!
