Halo 2 not on Live Anywhere

Another story from 1Up on Halo 2 not utilizing the Live Anywhere technology (as previously mentioned). Exclusive content (maps and map editor) will be heading to the Vista version, but no cross-platform play, unfortunately. Though I can definitely see the justification behind this, don't you think it'd be a good idea for MS to use Halo 2 to push the Live Anywhere technology?
