HERC Spawning

As a supplement to the open interview with Cinderkarst that we held last year, more information on HERC spawning has surfaced. Lujan mentions:

You'll spawn as a pilot or infantry, then go to a vehicle station to select a vehicle and rig. You'll have the rigs pre-saved, as in SS- the vehicle depot will be available from the main menu of the game, so you can twiddle in your off hours. We plan on having several vehicle pads available in every base.

As far as vehicle-specific pads... we might force indoor pads to not spawn flyers, or some smaller pads might not be able to spawn juggernauts, but beyond concerns of that nature I don't think we'll be imposing many restrictions.
