The Trojan: Up for Bids

Remember that Halo-esq Exoskeleton suit we mentioned not too long ago? The creator of the Trojan, Troy Hurtubise, apparently could not attract the US or Canadian military to the suit for an admittedly low per-unit estimated cost of $2000. Accordingly, Mr. Hurtubise is in some big financial trouble, after spending more than $150,000 on the prototype. So what better way to try and get some of that money back than to sell it on eBay. Though there is a reserve, it's currently only going for around $12,000. The Hamilton Spectator has more information. I still can't believe neither military wanted this suit, especially if it can do what Troy claims it can do.
