HalfLife 2 Source Leak

HalfLife 2, Valve's latest anticipated release has just had its full source code leaked. I've confirmed this with various sources, and I'm probably going to examine the situation more closely later tonight. Thare are numerous places where this is being discussed.

This is a bad situation for Valve, as this opens a lot of potential problems, ethically, legally, and technically. The bigest concerns are cheats, but also concerns include the licensing problems Valve may come under since the source includes a lot of commercial utilities and plugins that game developers commonly use. (Including the Miles Sound System.) Comments? Thougts? No, you can't have the source.
