New Developer Diary

IGN has made another Developer Diary for Tribes: Vengeance. This diary, among other things, explains some of the differences between the art and models in this game as opposed to the previous Tribes games.

Back in the past things were different. When the Tribes themselves were just starting out they were desperate to assert their individuality through their fashion choices. Tribes: Vengeance reflects this by giving each Tribe it's own unique sense of style. There are 5 different types of armour per Tribe. These are Male Light, Female Light, Male Medium, Female Medium and the unisex Heavy armour. All of these are built to the different specifications of each Tribe.
