virus alert

We've leared of a virus that is spreading like wildfire, discovered earlier today. The worm is called w32.Novarg.A, and it remails itself after infecting a system. I'm guessing it scans the victim system for email addresses which it uses to redistribute itself. I would strongly suggest that all users update their virus definitions as soon as possible, and switch to an email client that is no vulnerable to these kinds of attacks. The entire Junkyard staff has already switched to alternative mail clients, and I suggest others do the same. update: Here is the McAfee advisory with a little more information.
