Promise of Things to Come

Menzo posted a foresight into what we will be seeing of Tribes: Vengeance in the future. Here's what he had to say:

Now that the press event is over, let's talk about what's coming up for Tribes: Vengeance.

- We're going to clean up the trailer that Irrational made (just some minor changes to make it even better) and release that, hopefully in the next couple weeks
- I'm going to see about making a video of the Fighter (which is the real name for what we were calling the Pod) for release soon-ish. I don't want to put too much out there at once, though, and I'm sure you'd prefer the trailer, so the Fighter video might need to wait a month or so
- I'm working on our plans for Tribes: Vengeance at GDC in March.
- We'll have our usual release of a new designer diary on IGN.com some time in February.
- And just to tease you, I wanted to let you know that we've wrapped up a deal that I think is pretty huge. It's exciting stuff, but we won't be talking about it until April. It should be worth the wait, though. Commence rumor mongering. I won't tell you if you get it right, but I'd love to see some speculation.
- Of course there's E3 in May, and Tribes will have a nice presence in our booth. Count on a bunch of new revelations then - new weapons, new vehicles, tons of new info, etc.

Lot's of great stuff coming - this is just the start.
