New Script: Halo URL

Kudos to HA|aD Monkey who recently notified us of a new script out there. Entitled Halo URL, this little doozey adds the ability to Windows XP and 2000 systems for halo://ipaddresshere to connect to a server at ipaddresshere. It currently supports connecting to different ports and command line options. It's very easy to install, but be sure to read the enclosed readme file for more details.
